Premium

The desktop app requires a signed-in Lumen Premium account. The website and install scripts are free to use; Premium unlocks recording in the app.

Get Premium

1. Open lumen.raashed.com/upgrade.
2. Sign in with Google or GitHub.
3. Subscribe to Lumen Premium ($9 / month). Payments are processed by Dodo Payments (Merchant of Record).

Unlock the desktop app

1. Install Lumen if you haven’t already — see Installation.
2. Launch the app and sign in with the same Google or GitHub account.
3. Premium turns on within a few seconds.

Sign-in opens your browser at lumen.raashed.com. When it finishes, return to the app.

Manage or cancel

Open the upgrade page and choose Manage billing. You keep Premium until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

Refunds

You can request a full refund within 14 days of any charge. Email work@raashed.com from the address on your Lumen account. Details: Refund policy.
